More in London

After a day or two we started to feel like we really figured out how to ride the "Tube" and use public transportation...although, I have not idea how people got around before smart phones.

Next, we quickly checked out Kensington Palace as we walked through Hyde Park to find the "Peter Pan Statue" for Finn. We saw some more statues and headed over to the Natural History Museum. On the way there we came across the London Visitor Center and stopped to take a pic and make a purchase from the "Light the World" vending machine....Its so cool to see something so familiar to home even on a different continent... It was a fun day exploring and all of the buildings are so old and amazing. I loved the look of the Natural History Museum. We also checked out as much as we could of Buckingham Palace and went to the Queens Gallery while we were there.

It started getting dark each day at around 3:00 in the afternoon, so between that and the jet lag we were in fairly early most evenings, but we tried to get in as much as we could during the days and I feel like we were able to see quite a bit.

We stopped by Kings Cross Station to try and take a pic at Platform 9 3/4, but when we got there the line was over 2 hours long so we didn't stick around.
