We just got back from a really fun trip to California for Spring Break. We flew to San Fransisco and spent a few days exploring the city and touring Alcatraz Island. Then we rented a car and drove to Merced California which was kind of a crummy town (huge homeless population), but we stayed in the cutest hotel ever. From there we drove to Yosemite and spent a day taking in the beauty of that park and doing some hiking (and some sliding all over in the snow while trying to hike). It was so beautiful and so fun to actually see it in person. Next we moved on to Lake Tahoe and drove home from there. We were able to do and see a lot in those 5 days and we had such a great time being together as a family!
