Walker Family Trip (part 1)

We just got back from a 10 day trip to the north east with the Walkers. We flew to Detroit and loadedup in a giant van and drove to Boston hitting church history and some US history sights along the way.  

We had a blast together exploring a part of the country we had never been to before and learning so much about what the early saints and especially Joseph Smith went through so that the gospel could be restored. Our lives have been so blessed by their sacrifices and dedication and I feel closer to them having been there. 

We took a boat up to the falls in Niagra, saw some gorgeous houses in Maine, ate a lobster roll, went to a sketchy seaside carnival, visited a ridiculously awful witch museum, toured Fenway Park, walked most of  the Freedom trail, explored Boston, and lots more. Some days were super hot and humid, and some days were spent in the pouring rain, but we had a fantastic time and made some wonderful memories.
