Nixons Bday Festivities

We tried to really give Nixon a day of fun for his birthday, so we packed in about as much as we could. He told me the night before that he wanted "a tray in bed" for his birthday, but he woke up before everyone else so he settled for a "tray on the couch" instead. After opening presents, we took the kids to "germland" at McDonalds and let them play. Next we went to a movie, and followed that up with "Nicklemania". After that we went and visited Nana and Bumpa for a while, and left Finn with them while the rest of us went to dinner at "Tepanyaki"...the fire made Nix a little nervous, but I think he really liked it.
 The next day we had family over for some cake and ice cream, and then Nix got to finish it off with a sleepover at Grandpa and Grandmas. This little boy sure is loved. We had so much fun celebrating with him!
