San Fransisco

Last week I got to accompany Jordan to San Fransisco for a few days while he attended at conference for work. It was soooo hard to leave my little ones, but it was nice to have some time to ourselves (thanks to our awesome parents!). At first the city was too much for me. I thought I would get lost and I was scared to go out on my own. After studying a map for a while I got it figured out and ended up feeling pretty comfortable with it. One thing is for sure after visiting a big city, it really makes me appreciate my home even more! I love living in Utah! We had a really great time and we were able to see and experience a bunch of historic things. Not to mention lots of great food and tons of shopping! It was a lot of fun!

We had to document our insanely expensive $6 orange juice!

Finns Favorite Spot

Finn loves his swing...but he loves it best from underneath! He is getting really good at rolling around wherever he wants to go, and usually he heads for the same place. He loves to lay underneath the swing and kick it...literally :). He loves to watch it move and he jabbers and squeals. He's just too cute! I love watching him play under there. He is such a happy little guy!

Fall, October, Halloween, and Some Other Stuff

I am a little behind on my posting (big surprise) but we are happy that Fall is here! The week of Halloween was pretty rough at our house. Almost all of us were sick with atleast one thing: ear infections, flu, sinusitis, etc....so NOT fun! Poor Nix got hit with the flu in the middle of the night before Halloween, so no trick or treating for him :( He was so good about it, but it broke my heart to have to keep him home. Thankfully I did take some pics of the kiddos the week before when they dressed up for our Ward Party. We also tried to fit in a stop at the Pumpkin Patch between all of the sickness. So far, the season has been a little rocky, but I'm sure some more fall fun is on its way!

This year we had "Monster Highs: Clawdeen Wolf", "Batman", and his trusty sidekick "Robin".

Bostons costume earned her a "second place" award in her class costume contest :)

Even grandpa dressed up!

"Crazy Hair Day"...my cute little cupcake :)
