November...so far

November has been a busy month filled with fieldtrips, family time, friends, decorating for Christmas and celebrating Thanksgiving. Here are a few pics to show some of the fun:

My kids are always drawing. Anytime they have free time you can find them at the kitchen table with markers and paper. I am constantly amazed at their creativity and talent. Here is just a sample of Nixons work over the last little while.

Boston also won an award at Reflections this month for her painting on canvas. The theme was "within reach".

Halloween

This year for Halloween we had Cat woman, Superman, and the cutest Willy Wonka there ever was. We had a fantastic day and ate way too much candy. It was another great Halloween!

October

I realize that there are still a few days left this month, but with everything Halloween I though I would re-cap the month and save that for a separate post. This month has been so fun! We have really enjoyed the beautiful fall weather and had a great time with our family and friends. We were able to get away for a couple days of Fall Break and go to St. George with some of the Walkers, and also go to Brigham and spend a day with Grandma "Castle". We even went to "Cornbelly's" for a few hours and carve pumpkins with Nana and Bumpa. Finn and I have also been lucky enough to babysit cute Baby Mavrick a few times and we are loving all the baby snuggles. We have had a great month and are so excited for Halloween this week!
