Fall Break

We decided last minute that we wanted to get away for Fall Break, so we packed up the car and headed to Southern California. We went to Disneyland, the beach, drove through Beverly Hills, went to a cool Motion Picture Museum, ate lots of good food, and spent 5 days together just the five of us. It was great to have a break from our normal routine and spend some extra time as a family. It was a lot of fun and it went by way too fast!

Celebrating Nixon

 We spent the last week celebrating Nixon…mostly with food. We had a bunch of his favorite desserts through the week. I took him out to lunch on his bday, and then we went to dinner as a family and ended the night with board games and home made shakes. Later in the week he got to have some friends over to the house for a few hours to hang out and celebrate some more. Nixon is such a great kid, he is very easy to celebrate!

13 Years Old

Happy Birthday to this handsome official teenager! Life would be dull without Nixon around. He has such a great heart and we are so lucky he’s ours!
