Christmas 2022

 We had such a great Christmas! Christmas Eve we were able to spend with both of our families, and we had such a great time being together and catching up. Christmas Day was pretty simple and wonderful. We spent most of the day at home except for attending church and having brunch with Nana and Bompa. It was so special to be able to go to church on Christmas Day and hear all the beautiful Christmas music. It was a great way to focus on why we are celebrating in the first place. I just love this time of year and I’m sad to see it come to an end. I love the spirit that it brings, and the extra time with those we love the most. 

Celebrating Boston

We had a fun weekend celebrating our favorite girl. Since Bostons bday was on a Sunday this year we did most of our celebrating the day before. We took the family and Bostons friend Alaina to Benihana in Salt Lake for lunch. Then we walked over to City Creek. Boston has been begging to get her ears pierced for the second time so we gave in and let her do that for her bday. We did a little bit of shopping too and then came home so she could celebrate with her friends. She had a group of about ten kids over to hang out for the evening (I didn’t take any pics because…teenagers) and they had a lot of fun. Then on Sunday we celebrated a little more with a dinner at home of her choosing, ice cream, and presents. She was also lucky enough to go for a ride with Nana and Bompa to see some Christmas lights. I think she’s getting to the point where birthdays aren’t quite as special as they used to be, but I hope she had a great weekend. We are so grateful for her and love her so much!

15 Years old!

 Happy Birthday to my most favorite girl! She is a beauty inside and out and brings us so much joy! We love you Boppy!
