San Fransisco

Earlier this week Jordan had to go to a conference in San Fransisco, and thanks to our parents helping with the kids I got to tag along. It started out a little rough because when our flight was taking off we had a "bird strike" and had to return back to Salt Lake. Thankfully we were perfectly fine (the birds were not) and after a short delay we were able to get on a different plane and make it to San Fransisco. We had a great time being together, exploring the town, eating lots of food, and sleeping in (well just me). I also tried Oysters for my first and last time. We even got to take a tour out to Alcatraz and it was awesome! I sure miss my kids when I'm gone, but I love being able to get away with Jordan once in a while.

January

January sure felt like it lasted forever this year. Thankfully we made it through! The month was spent staying warm, playing with friends and family, playing in the snow, a couple of Jazz games, and Boston and I got to go and see "Wicked" to finish off the month. Even though it felt really long, I know that time is going super fast and I am so thankful for the time I get to spend with my family. I would take 12 January's a year to slow the time down. I sure love this family of mine!
