Lagoon with our Littles

It really hit me last week that we only have about a month left before Boston goes back to school, and we haven't had too many adventures this summer. So, yesterday Jordan took the day off and we took Boston and Nixon to Lagoon. It was hard for me to leave Finn for so long, but he was in good hands, and we had a really great time! It was so nice to be together just the four of us! Nixon started out a little rough, but after a couple of rides he was really enjoying himself. I was even lucky enough to run into an old friend which is always a nice surprise. We had a great day! I sure do love this family of mine!

Fourth of July

I am so grateful to live in the USA. We are so blessed to have the many freedoms that we do, and I am so thankful to those who fight for them. I know I probably don't always act as thankful as I should, but I love having a holiday to celebrate it. I love the Fourth of July! This year was awesome as usual. I love getting together with family and catching up on everyone's lives. Some of my favorite memories come from fourth of July traditions.
