The Best Book

Last week Boston kept complaining that she was bored, so I told her I would help her write her own book.  I wrote down exactly what she told me, she did everything else......here it is:

Easter

I love Easter!  This past weekend we went on our Annual "Eastering" picnic with the Walkers.  This was the first year that I have attended that the weather was nice, and we made the most of it.  We ate tons of yummy food, had an Easter egg hunt, played with the kiddos, and just enjoyed the sunshine.

This year for Easter Sunday we just stayed home and enjoyed the day as a family.  The kids woke up extra early to see what the Easter Bunny had brought them before 9:00 church.

This Buzz Lightyear phone that Nixon got was the only thing he needed.  He looooves to call Buzz :)

Boston was a pro at finding eggs this year.  She found hers and her brothers.

Colored Eggs

Last night for FHE we colored Easter Eggs.  We love Easter!

Nixon mostly provided moral support :)

Grandma's 80th Birthday

 This past Saturday my sweet Grandma turned 80.  We all got together and were able to surprise her with a lunch a Maddox.  We love that lady, it was a great day!!!

Since we were all together we had our annual Easter egg hunt.  The kids loved it!
